Committee
The management of the club is carried out by the committee which may be extended at the Annual General Meeting. Committee members are elected by a majority of the membership present at the AGM (subject to a quorum of four). Other business of the club is decided by the Committee with a quorum of four Committee members. Committee posts falling vacant during the course of the year may be filled by election by a majority of the remaining committee members. Click here for full details of the club rules.
