London Frontrunners Primrose Hill coaching session

We have dedicated training sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings.

Coaching sessions with the club take place at the same time as our Wednesday Regent’s Park run, they may consist of speed work on the Kentish Town track, hill sessions on Primrose Hill or other targeted exercises designed to build core strength and speed. For more details read our coaching plan.

We also run a track session on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
