Our regular weekly runs are open to new runners and don’t require that you join as a member beforehand.

  • For our Monday and Wednesday runs you can just turn up;
  • For the Thursday and Saturday run, if you do not have a valid membership card please advise us before 10:00 the day before you wish to run by emailing [email protected], so we can let security know.

And remember that you’re also invited to come with us after each run for food and drinks, so don’t dash off afterwards!
