Run starts: 10.00am
Distance: 5 or 6 miles (8 or 10 km)
Route: Large loop of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens.
Post-run social: Brunch buffet at the Thistle Hotel, Bryanston Street, W1H 7EH. Allow 15 minutes to go by bus routes 6 or 98 from Orchardson Street stop EA.

Upon arrival, please introduce yourself to the reception as a member of the London Frontrunners and kindly wait to be given access to the dry side changing rooms (use the wet side if busy). These can be found by going past the barriers, up the stairs, along the walkway above the pools, then through a lobby and up a second staircase.. Arrive from 9.30am in plenty of time to get ready for a 10.00am departure.
Nearest stations are Victoria (Victoria line, Circle and District line) and Pimlico (Victoria line)
Please bring a padlock for the lockers in the main lobby.
There is also a long run on a Saturday starting from the Queen Mother Sports Centre. This is around 10-15 miles and starts earlier so that both runs finish at around the same time.

As part of the Club’s ongoing efforts to ensure and maintain the health and safety of Club members, a risk assessment of the run has been carried out.
This risk assessment and the accompanying map highlight all of the hazards and potential hazards on the route including points where runners need to cross the road, where cars might come in and out of side roads, blind spots and narrows pavements. All runners should familiarise themselves with the risk assessment and map before embarking on the run.
