Kentish Town Sports Centre, Grafton Road NW5 3DU, opposite The Grafton pub. Nearest stations are Kentish Town (Northern, Thameslink) (8 min walk) and Kentish Town West (Overground – North London Line) (4 min walk)
There are numerous bicycle racks outside the main entrance.
Upon arrival, please introduce yourself to the reception as a member of the London Frontrunners and kindly wait to be given access. Arrive in plenty of time to get ready for a 7.00pm departure.
Bring 20p or a padlock for the lockers. The coin operated lockers are all on the ground floor.
If you arrive ready changed then meet at Primrose Hill (Cnr Regent’s Park & Primrose Hill Rds) for just after 7.00pm.
Summer Route: Regent’s Park, anti-clockwise once or twice round (see map)
Winter Route: After having crossed Primrose Hill Bridge over Regent’s Canal, we start running anti-clockwise, on the pavement around the outer perimeter of Regent’s Park and along the Outer Circle. Please be aware of any low-hanging tree-branches and please look on both sides of the road when crossing York Bridge Road and Chester Road.
On Wednesdays there is the opportunity to run around Regent’s Park or take part in coaching.
