Get ready to lace up and feel the pride! London Frontrunners is thrilled to announce the launch of our Pride 10K Women’s Training Programme, designed to support and empower women of all running levels in the lead-up to the Pride 10K at Victoria Park on 20 September 2025.

Led by our experienced club coaches and featuring elite guest coach Steph McCall, this free programme offers a welcoming and supportive environment to help you train, connect, and thrive. Whether you’re aiming to run your first 10K or chasing a personal best, we’ve got you covered with beginner, intermediate, and advanced training plans.
What’s Included in the 10k programme?
- Access to all London Frontrunners runs from July to September
- Weekly women-only coached sessions, including 4 sessions with Steph McCall
- Monthly women’s socials with expert talks on goal setting, nutrition, and recovery
- A vibrant community of runners and allies
- A post-run after party to celebrate your achievements!
Key Dates
- 2 July: Kick-off session at Primrose Hill + Ice Breaker Social
- 10 July – 10 September: Weekly coached sessions across Primrose Hill and Battersea Park
- 20 September: Race Day – Pride 10K!
- 27 September: Post-race celebration
Who Can Join?
- Women aged 18+
- All paces welcome – ideally able to run or walk/run 5K
- Trans women are warmly welcomed
- No need to attend every session – come as often as you can!
Cost?
The programme is completely free. The only cost is the £30 entry fee for the Pride 10K (optional – you can still join the training without racing).
